Beginning April 28, 2025, the pool and walkways to the library and Community Center will be closed for replacement of the rubber deck surface. Anticipated closure time will be 3-4 weeks, depending on weather conditions. Not all areas will be closed at the same time.  For further details open PDF below.

HOA dues can now be paid at the office, by mail or through the Vantaca system by clicking on home.brooksvillehighpoint.net. 

This system will provide residents with various functions to be done from the comfort of your home.

Please note that Vantaca will collect a service fee for online payments.
